I-Can-Drink-Milk-Again - Brochure Five

Hi ,

Welcome to the fifth of my email brochures about :: " A Lactose Intolerance Solution " ::
Getting rid of Lactose Intolerance with Lactagen: Information, Tips, Recipes and Reasons.

About sixteen years ago, I began to realize I had a Digestive System Problem. My digestive system problem started somewhat sporadically and showed up with ever increasing regularity as time went on. A digestive system problem is unpleasant at the best of times, but I felt particularly affected as the embarrassing symptoms made themselves known and felt at the most inconvenient of times. I was a young lady in my 20's then, and I was so embarrassed by the frequent gas and diarrhea, that my social life was severely affected. I was terrified to go out and just live a normal life, realizing that food for me was most often a source of embarrassment, pain, flatulence and worse.

Eventually, I came to realize that the cause of indigestion for me was lactose intolerance, and gradually I learned what I could and couldn't eat, and how (at the time) to best manage the problem. My cause of indigestion (lactase deficiency) could be (with vigilance, discipline and a constant stream of money) controlled by a digestive disorder remedy called lactase enzyme supplements.

A Digestive Disorder Remedy for Lactose Intolerance Sufferers

I'm simply overjoyed that I discovered this lactose intolerance Digestive Disorder Remedy, and that I actually made the decision to "just do it" instead of procrastinating. It has absolutely changed my life. It could change yours too, if you give it a chance. It's so incredibly liberating to enjoy a piece of chocolate anytime I like. Sometimes I have to pinch myself to make sure I'm not dreaming. I had gotten so used to my rituals for dealing with my digestive disorder that sometimes I have to stop and say to myself "Yes, I can eat that - It's Not a Problem Anymore". Not that I'm overdoing it mind you, because staying healthy and fit are important to me, but, what a joy to spontaneously eat whatever I desire, whenever I desire. This is a Digestive Disorder Remedy THAT WORKS!

The "Solution to Lactose Intolerance" Program begins by: Calming and Soothing the Digestive System Problem. The first leg of this Digestive Disorder Remedy takes 18 days. Next, The function of the digestive system is strengthened and reconditioned. The next leg of this process takes 16 days. Finally, you are ready to start incorporating dairy back into your diet. This was SO NOT THE CASE just a few months ago. This Lactose Intolerance Digestive Disorder Remedy has Completely Eliminated my Digestive System Problem.

My Cause of Indigestion (lactase enzyme deficiency) has been completely eliminated.

My Cause of Indigestion, my lactose intolerance, has vanished, disappeared, has been completely eliminated, and is no longer an intrusion into my everyday life as it has been for over 15 years. To say that I'm overjoyed by this, is the understatement of the year. Incredibly, I am well again!

--------------------------------------------------------------

Lactose-Free - CHICKEN & PEAR SAUTE.

INGREDIENTS:
2 garlic cloves.
1 large onion.
2 tablespoons olive oil.
2 firm ripe pears.
4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts.
1 teaspoon chopped fresh rosemary or thyme,
One half teaspoon each of salt and pepper.
One half cup of dry white wine.
One-quarter cup of water.
2 tablespoons of Dijon mustard.

METHOD:
1. Mince Garlic and coarsely chop onion. In a large frying pan,
sauté the onion and garlic half of the olive oil, stirring often
until the onion softens. (About 4 minutes) Core the pears, and
slice into smaller pieces. Discard the cores. Cook the pear
chunks with the onion and garlic until golden. (About 2 minutes)
Remove mixture to a plate when done, and cover with foil.

2. Add remaining olive oil and chicken the to pan and cook until
golden-tinged - two to three minutes per side. Return the onion,
garlic and pear mixture to pan while continuing to cook the
chicken. Stir often to prevent too many brown bits forming.
Sprinkle with salt, pepper and rosemary or thyme. Mix the water,
wine and Dijon thoroughly and add to the pan. Cover the pan,
reduce heat to simmer, turning chicken occasionally until it's
springy when pressed. (about 12 minutes)

Fantastic with rice or orzo. Sprinkle sauce over chicken and
rice when serving.

SERVES:
4 servings.

Enjoy!

Lactose-Free - CURRIED ROAST POTATOES

INGREDIENTS:
2 tsp cumin seeds
2 tsp cilantro seeds
6 tbsp canola oil
1 tsp ground turmeric
1 tsp black mustard seeds
2 garlic cloves, crushed
2 dried red chilies
1 lb baby new potatoes

DIRECTIONS:
1. Grind the cumin and cilantro seeds together in a mortar and pestle or with a spice grinder.
Grinding them fresh like this captures all of the flavor before it has a chance to dry out.
2. Put the oil in a roasting pan and add the turmeric, mustard seeds, garlic and chilies and the ground cumin and cilantro seeds. Stir well to combine evenly. Place in a preheated oven at 400 Degrees F for 5 minutes.
3 Remove the pan from the oven - the spices should be very fragrant at this stage and add the potatoes. Stir well so that the oil and spice mix coats the potatoes completely.
4. Return to the oven and bake for 20 - 25 minutes, stirring occasionally to ensure that the potatoes are coated evenly.

SERVES:
4 servings.

Lactose -Free - ROASTED TROUT WITH THYME

INGREDIENTS:
4 trout fillets
4 tablespoons of fresh thyme
salt and freshly ground pepper
3 tablespoons of olive oil
2 lemons
2 cloves of garlic
4 bay leaves,fresh if possible

DIRECTIONS:
1. Preheat the oven to 450 Degrees Fahrenheit
2. Rinse the trout fillets and pat dry with paper towels. Put the fillets
into a roasting pan.
3. Take the thyme leaves off the stalks, and chop finely -
in a mini food chopper is a good way or smash up the leaves
using a mortar and pestle.
4. Chop the 2 cloves of garlic finely.
5. Mix the garlic with the thyme, olive oil, 1 teaspoon of salt
and some pepper.
6. Rub this mixture on the top of the trout filets.
7. Cut the lemons in half and remove the ends so they have a flat edge.
With the point of a knife make an incision into each lemon half and stick
a bay leaf into it. Put the lemons in the roasting pan with the trout.
8. Roast for 15 - 20 minutes.

This is terrific with oven roasted potatoes which you can make
at the same time as the fish in a different pan (just start roasting
the potatoes about 10 minutes earlier than the fish) and a green salad.
