I-Can-Drink-Milk-Again - Brochure Seven
Hi , Welcome to the seventh of my email brochures about ::
" A Lactose Intolerance Solution " ::
Getting
rid of Lactose Intolerance with Lactagen: Information, Tips,
Recipes and Reasons.
Over the course of my fifteen years with lactose intolerance I tried just about every Lactose Free Recipe I could find. Rather than take lactose supplements with EVERY meal, I made it my business to learn as much as I could about Lactose Free Food and experimented with just about every Lactose Free Product I came across.
What follows, is more of the best stuff that I found during my unfortunate time with lactose intolerance. Just because it's a Lactose Intolerant Recipe, doesn't mean that it can't also be totally delicious. Thankfully, our modern world has produced some wonderful innovations, and while more expensive than the non lactose free counterparts, it's increasingly easy to find lactose free food, and therefore, enjoy your favorite foods and make the lactose free recipe of your choice.
The following table contains a list of Food and
Grocery Stores across North America
That carry Lactose Free Food and a good variety
of Lactose Free Product.
Some of the vendors of Lactose Free Product that
you should explore are:
Dairy Ease - Lactose Free
Milk.
Digestive Advantage - Lactose
Intolerance Caplets.
Lactaid - Lactose Free Milk
& digestive aids
Lacteeze - Lactase Enzyme Supplements
Savino - Dairy Free Italian Sorbet
Soy Delicious - Lactose
Free Ice Cream.
Tofutti - Dairy Free Cheese and Deserts.
SoNice - Soy Milk.
So-Good - Milk Alternative Soy Beverage.
Earth Island

Verve Naturals - Lactose Free Margarine.
I' d like to also point out that "Wegmans Supermarkets" have an
excellent resource for Lactose Free Food and lactose free product.
Check out their page on Food
Allergies & Intolerances, which includes an extremely useful
complement of free downloadable documents. Also, to this Kraft®
Foods Canada page contains a comprehensive list of Kraft®
Foods that are: Gluten-free, Lactose-free, and/or Kosher. Remember
that kosher food can be very helpful to the lactose intolerant.
Scroll down about two thirds of the page. There you will find
a marvelous downloadable (.pdf) resource for those people requiring
lactose free food.
Of course, you could involve yourself in the 38 day program and not have to worry about lactose free food anymore:
Lactagen:

But, if for some reason, you must have lactose free food, or while you are waiting for your 38 day program to arrive:
You should be able to pick up all the ingredients
for a Lactose Free Recipe from one of these stores
nearby.
These are some of the companies that have shown a strong commitment to the lactose intolerant community
and stock a wide variety of lactose free product. Sorry, I haven't
yet had a chance to better organize this huge list of "Lactose
Intolerant" friendly Grocery Stores, but I hope it's still helpful
if you're trying to find something in particular.

***Please note, while every effort has been made to keep this list up to date and accurate, the constantly changing nature of the grocery biz makes it hard to keep up. Please let me know if you want your listing changed or updated. Any errors or omissions are unintentional and without prejudice.
Have you ever wanted something really badly? So much so that
you were willing to make some sacrifice and inject some personal
effort and to achieve your goal?
As a modern society, we've become so used to instant gratification that if something doesn't work immediately we toss it and move on to the next remedy. There are obvious advantages to this approach, but often shortcuts just aren't the way to go. I say this with regard to the lactose enzyme supplements I used to take. At first, I was so grateful to have some control of my lactose intolerance. But as time went on, I had to take more and more of the pills, at higher and higher concentrations of the enzyme.
I certainly can't prove this, but it seemed that the more I took,
the more I needed to take. I became dependant on larger and larger
doses. This was scary, and I realized that I was never going to
get better if I continued down this path.
The strong desire to be well again, coupled with the longer term
financial savings I would realize if I were free of this misery
and the knowledge that thousands of other folks just like me were
getting well again through this lactose intolerance program, provided
the necessary energy and encouragement I needed to totally commit
to the program.
Looking back, it really wasn't difficult at all.
What's 38 days in a lifetime? If you do just a tiny bit of planning
and preparation, you'll hardly be able to tell the difference
between being on the program or off the program. Of course, when
you're finished the program,
YOU WILL NOTICE THE DIFFERENCE - Eat What You Want, When You Want.

There is no better time than right now, to place your order, and begin your journey to freedom from lactose intolerance.
Today's lactose free recipes are great, because they keep very well in the refrigerator, and can be consumed over the course of a week, for lunch or dinner. A great time saver for those on the program.
--------------------------------------------------------------
Lactose-Free - TUNA PASTA SALAD.
INGREDIENTS:
2 cans (170 g each) of tuna in vegetable broth and oil.
4 rounded tablespoons mayonnaise.
1/2 - 3/4 teaspoon garlic powder.
1/2 - 3/4 teaspoon onion powder.
1 1/2 teaspoons salt.
1/8 teaspoon pepper .
2 cups rotini pasta.
2 teaspoons vegetable oil
METHOD:
1.Flake the tuna and mix it with the mayonnaise, garlic and onion
powder, 1/4 teaspoon of the salt and the pepper.
2.Bring a pot of water to a boil with 1 1/4 teaspoon salt, turn the heat down
to medium high, then cook the rotini in that for
about 15 minutes.
3.Drain the pasta, then pour in the tuna mixture mixing with a
wooden spoon (so as not to break apart the pasta) and serve.
SERVES:
4-6 servings.
This is absolutely delicious with a green salad. Keeps very well
in the refrigerator for up to a week. It should be taken out of
the fridge about 30 minutes before eating so it gets to room temperature
(I think it tastes better at room temperature than just out of the fridge)
When you are lactose tolerant again, a fantastic addition to
this is 2 tablespoons of Creamy Caesar salad dressing instead
of one of the tablespoons of mayonnaise in the tuna mixture.
Enjoy!
--------------------------------------------------------------
